V4

The V4 was developed parallel to the CS - shooting for higher aspect ratio, an airfoil with higher maximum lift, smaller fuse and a V-tail. Florian Lang won the German Nationals 1994/95 with this plane. Norbert Hübner's V4 was fitted with a nose extension for our tests with brushless motors in fall and winter 1995/96.

Propulsion: 27 cells Sanyo N-1000SCR, Sommerauer speed controller and Plettenberg HP355/40/5 Evo motor, various propellers with a diameter of 13" and a pitch of 7 to 8".

RC System: Graupner/JR mc-12 PCM receiver, Graupner/JR C341 servos, Sanyo or Panasonic 110 mAh receiver battery.
